1. 1. Scope and Applicability
      1.1 No Sale of Products – Afro-Reuse neither sells, owns, nor exercises control over any products accessible via its platform. All products are supplied, owned, or otherwise made available exclusively by independent third-party vendors (“Vendors”).
      1.2 Vendor Responsibility – Vendors bear sole responsibility for their products. The terms, conditions, and privacy policies of each Vendor shall govern your purchase, use, or interaction with their products. Any engagement you undertake with a Vendor through the Afro-Reuse platform is at your sole risk. Afro-Reuse shall have no liability for defects, delays, non-performance, or any other matters arising from such engagements.
      1.3 No Endorsement – The appearance of any product, Vendor, or Client on the Afro-Reuse platform shall not constitute, nor be construed as, an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Afro-Reuse.
      1.4 Content Accuracy – Afro-Reuse does not verify the authenticity, completeness, or accuracy of Vendor-uploaded content and offers no warranty or representation regarding the information displayed on the platform or otherwise provided by Vendors.
   2. Subscription Fees and Payment Terms
      2.1 Subscription fees must be paid in full prior to a Vendor being granted access to upload products. Failure to renew a subscription in a timely manner may result in a one (1) day grace period, after which Afro-Reuse reserves the right to suspend access until payment is confirmed.
      2.2 Afro-Reuse does not process or facilitate payments for products offered by Vendors. All transactions between Vendors and buyers occur independently of the Afro-Reuse platform.
      2.3 Price Adjustments – Afro-Reuse reserves the right to adjust subscription fees at its sole discretion. Pro Package and Corporate Package subscribers will be given no less than three (3) months’ prior written notice of any such adjustment.
   3. Term and Termination
      3.1 Subscriptions commence upon activation and remain valid for the duration of the subscription term. Unless properly terminated, subscriptions shall automatically renew for successive terms of equal length.
      3.2 Termination of a One-Off Package or Pro Package subscription must be submitted via WhatsApp message no less than two (2) days prior to the end of the current term. Corporate Package terminations must be submitted via email within the same notice period.
      3.3 Failure to comply with these notice requirements will result in automatic renewal of the subscription.
   4. Vendor and Buyer Obligations
      4.1 Vendors are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring the security and functionality of the devices they use to access the platform.
      4.2 Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Processing Act, the Marketing Act, and any other applicable laws or regulations.
   5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
      5.1 All product content and related information available on the Afro-Reuse platform is provided by Vendors or third parties without independent verification by Afro-Reuse.
      5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afro-Reuse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Afro-Reuse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or any products offered thereon.
